Arthur Blume

Yes, I admit it.

I wrote the song Unfuck the World (for my sister Kathryn Blume's play The Boycott).

Here are the lyrics, since I know you're curious.

In every life there comes a time
To stop being selfish, to look beyond what's mine
Now that I'm looking, I can see it's true
We've got a good old planet that needs to be unscrewed

    (Chorus) Unfuck the world
    Unfuck the children
Unfuck them all, each and every boy and girl
    Unfuck the forests
    Unfuck the waters
    Unfuck yourself
    Oh, let's unfuck the world

It's not an easy message for you to hear
Maybe you're out of practice at being sincere
It's crystal clear now what you've got to do
Before you unfuck others, you've got to unfuck you

    (Chorus 2x)
